For damaged or defective laser-cut goods, please attach clear photos of the product and the packaging to help us improve our shipping process.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely package your item in its original materials and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send it back to our workshop.
Receive Refund or Replacement
